If I could rate zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service, horrible counciling. Bonnie Delange just let me talk, no suggestions or help for my issues. She billed my insurance company for extended sessions, which you need to watch out for. She will not let you know that my time was up. So unprofessional. I've sent Hopewell to BBB.
