Dr. Pai was incredibly clear and professional in explaining all the treatment options for my child when we first consulted her nearly 5 years ago, which really put us at ease during a stressful time. I’m surprised there are so many positive reviews for this dental clinic. I took my 2 year old here for her first ever dentist visit. Naturally, she was terrified. The dentist did very little to put her at ease, and as my daughter screamed and thrashed around the dentist’s only technique was to go faster and try to hold her still. The dentist was visibly annoyed and I felt quite guilty for causing an inconvenience, which is ridiculous as my daughter was understandably very scared of this unknown experience. What an incredible experience with dr Nita and team ! This was my 2.5yos first dentist experience. He was a little nervous but Nita made him totally at ease and he was so proud of himself afterwards. Thank you so much!
Nita and her team are excellent. They were clear about the different options for treatment, including the pros and cons of each and the cost. Most important, they also took really good care of my son who no longer has any pain in his teeth.
Honestly Dr Pai was exceptional, our little 21 month old required crowns from knocking them out (as little boys do!) and the whole procedure post and pre care was flawless. A harrowing experience made as best as possible from Dr Pai and her wonderful team - shout out to Dr Gary the Anaesthetist who was also excellent!
