I had one of the worst experiences with her office and herself. She wouldn't clear me for a surgery even after seeing her twice for a EGD. I needed a letter of recommendation from her office and she wouldn't agree to it until she saw me the third time. Completely unnecessary, unethical, and uncalled for.
