Dr. Kara and the staff were personable, attentive and caring. Dr. Kara took her time during my appointment to address my concerns. Also, I was seen on time, no waiting!
Every person I had contact with during my visit was calming and caring.
I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Nisha Kara, and I’m incredibly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was amazing—everyone, including the nurses, was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. A colonoscopy is not the most pleasant procedure, especially the prep. Dr. Patel is excellent and puts you at ease prior to the procedure.
Although I was surprised by the time waiting in the lounge before my exam, I understood that if I were the prior patient needing extra time and attention I would appreciate her providing such.She was an attentive listener, well spoken in her explanations and was methodical and holistic in her approach, allowing me time to ask questions for clarification
I had my first diagnostic colonoscopy with Dr Kara, and I will continue seeing her. She talked with me before the procedure and after, explained the process and my results with care and expertise. Wonderful first experience!
For having to do a procedure that is less than comfortable, Dr. Kara has a way to make you feel very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended!!!
