Today was with the Dr. Nirmala senthil kumar..really it was a great amazing experience. She was very nice, kind and very caring. And it was a privilege to meet a Tamil doctor and we were able to communicate in our language. It made me very comfortable and relaxed. Also the staff were really helpful and friendly. I recommend to my community ladies to Dr nirmala for their GYNECOLOGIST issues. You can feel free,comfortable and trustworthy!! Thanks Dr
First of all this office doesnt answer calls. You really have to call few times if you actually plan on talking to someone. When someone finally picks up they dont have any appointments and just make excuses to turn you away. They have no concept of customer service. Rude, condescending and unprofessional. Dont even try to help. Also for the office that deals with patients that might need an urgent appointment they have 0 compassion to offer. Awful service!
