I had to go to Blue Ridge Medical Center to get a colonoscopy and he was my doctor. He always entered my room with a smile made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed by his bedside manner.. I would recommend him to anyone. If I could give him more than five stars, i would Thank you so much, Dr Shah. Bonnie Colombini.
My experience with Dr. Shaw has been extraordinary. He not only takes time to talk with the patient but truly cares about the patient during surgery and after surgery he was the first person I saw. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism as a doctor. I will continue to see Dr. Shaw until he retires, my husband sees another doctor in the same practice and he is phenomenal as well I cannot say enough about this practice. The doctors are great. The reception , could use a little work, but they are trying.
Dr Shah was okay but he uses Valley Anesthesia and without a doubt this company has terrible customer service and billing practices. Medicare pays for colonoscopy but I received a bill from Valley ANESTHESIA. After many calls where they were going to “resolve” but did not …. I just paid. 2 weeks later I got another bill. After many more calls they justify a “new” charge. This is the age scams… BEWARE
I find Dr. Shah to be quite knowledge, pleasant, good bedside manner. He answered my questions and explained when I needed to follow up.
