Be careful of his scheduler Regina. This is terrible that Memorial Hermann switched out our surgeon without telling us. We were IN SHOCK on the day of the procedure, and my mother has was NPO for over 20 hours! Regina told me that "I don't think that there is a need to say we switched our doctor!" Really?! I asked her on how to prep her for the procedure, she said "everything is on paper!" My goodness, my mom does not even read English.
