I was a patient that came from Missouri back to Iowa to take care of my parents and I needed a doctor in the meantime. They recommended I see Dr Italia. Unfortunately he decided to take me on as a patient but then gave me very little care and never spoke to me directly about the tests that he was running. Again he accepted me as a patient and gave me no patient help. He met with me for 10 minutes and then decided I didn't need half my prescriptions so he never filled them.
