No complaints with the good Dr. Niraj Choudhary. However, after they changed their portal to followmyhealth, I am not able to get or see any health data or ANY report although I keep on getting messages from his office the new data has been uploaded. I have not seen a report since last November. I called today and I asked all my reports since last November and was told there is nothing on their system even though I has a Strep test and two lung tests just last week and an EKG in January (I think). These people don’t EVER answer the phone! I’m trying to connect with the NP Guzman, Ashley since Thursday, today is Monday and I have no medication left, they won’t answer the phone or call you back, time to change doctors!
Great service and the staff is really nice!!
