Unprofessional physican and practice, I filed a formal complaint with Novant and I have sent a complaint to the NC medical board.
On June 22 I made an appointment for annual physical in August. She call off push my appointment till November. On the day of my appointment, I got a call said she call off again and my appointment will be push back until next year January, I told the staff forget it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Dr. Dani is very knowledgeable, compassionate and makes you feel like a priority. She explains things patiently and thoroughly. My family is very lucky to have found her! I highly recommend her!
These people are crooks. I paid my bill in full at time of visit because I dont have insurance and they've tried double billing me 4 times now. They won't fix it. Manager is incompetent and fired me as a client over me asking her to fix the problem.. The bills from the same visit just keep rolling in and no one will help me. I hope this practice goes out of business and they all wind up in jail, I cant imagine they're not doing the same to elderly people who don't know better.
