Problem with billing. I asked multiple times whether a procedure was covered by my insurance prior to deciding. I was assured that it was covered. I asked again. They again assured me it was covered. Fast forward to after the procedure, billing now tells me that it was not covered. Now, they are demanding $1400 and unwilling to compromise. Very annoying, deceitful, incompetent billing and customer service.

They used the wrong type of porcelain for a crown that gets cemented on instead of bonding. Also said there were multiple cavities and needed a couple thousand dollars worth of work. I went to a different dentist 5 years later and they said none of them needed to be addressed. Last I checked, teeth don't regenerate. Very disappointed in the results....
