I saw Dr Phatak yesterday for a Colonoscopy. After following her instructions precisely for the prep beforehand, the procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Phatak met with me before the procedure began, to go over the process and answer any questions I had. She met with me again afterwards to go over the results. Just finished an uneventful colonoscopy with Dr. Phatak. She was friendly, informative and concise. I felt "heard" and not rushed. Very good experience.
Dr Nina Phatak is kind, professional and attentive. Answered all my questions and I’ve never felt rushed. Carol, my nurse for a recent procedure, was great and very caring. The anesthesiologist Katie was fantastic as well and so reassuring about my concerns. Overall, an excellent experience.
