The office staff is beyond rude. They are not professional at all.This goes along with Dr. Patel. I was seen by him post a motor vehicle accident and he was just rude and disheartning. He completly did not pay attention to me and sent me back to work. Also, he didnt think it was necessary for any imaging , xrays, or mris. I begged for it and finally he sent me to one, and so it turns out I was right. He never apologized, instead he told me we didnt see eye to eye and was not seeing me as my primary doctor anymore. 2 days lat... read more
I found the staff to be helpful and I love the care and attention I get from Dr. Grenader. I would recommed her to anyone seeking a primary care physician. She was recommended to me and I could not be happier.
I agree with the first review. The receptionists in this office are horrible. I accompanied my husband a couple of times on his appt and he was always frustrated dealing with the rudeness of the staff. Also, the office environment is not very welcoming. Could use some decorating, cleaning, and new staff. Dont go to this place, if they cant clean what people see all the time, imagine what they do with the stuff that you cant see and control.
Staff not helpful at all. New patients are treated very roughly.
