Dr. Mian did meet my needs. However, his office staff is completely unresponsive. I first tried to contact the staff directly numerous times. After being unsuccessful, I asked the answering service (three times) to inform the office staff that I would like a call back because I could not get through to them. My last message (the third one) sent via the answering service was very direct and the office staff still did not give me a call. It's extremely frustrating when an office staff is completely unresponsive.
Over time and monitoring of specific food-related triggers, Dr. Mian helped me to determine that most of my headaches were caused by diet. He offered a referral for additional care which was very helpful.
Excellent doctor with excellent bedside manner. Extremely knowledgable in science and medicine. His treatment improved the quality of my life enourmously.
Very disappointed with the staff and doctor. There was no urgency in returning calls and they made excuses as to why it took days when they did return calls. Poor "bedside" manner.
He is very friendly and accommodating. I have always had good experiences with the staff and short wait times. He was receptive to my feedback about medication and we were able to find a solution to my condition fairly quickly. Would highly recommend.
