What started as a routine cleaning turned into a much more complicated visit back in April 2025. During the appointment, Dr. Tapang found a cavity, extracted it, and did a filling—but he didn’t use the blue bite-check paper, and the filling felt like a bulge that wasn’t filed down properly.
