The office staff has been exceptional. I live 4 hrs away and it wasn't a hassle. I have Surgery Dec 4, 2023. Will do a update.

Saw Dr. Patel to discuss a procedure I was considering. He ordered a test to be performed at the hospital. The test was performed, although I never got the results. Now under the care of another doctor, I'm in need of those test results. After calling many times, I've been informed by Dr. Patel and his office that HE never received the results from the hospital.
