I have been a patient here for Hashimoto’s and had been on a stable dose of medication. Despite my most recent labs being done on Feb 25, 2025 and showing stable values, the doctor’s office refused to refill a chronic medication unless I paid for a full appointment. They claim a “new policy” from March 2025 that denies refills if a patient hasn’t been seen in 30 days — even if labs were recent and no changes in care are needed. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & A SCAM!!! I was scheduled to see Dr. Nilesh Nangrani at their Farmer’s Branch at 4:30 PM. When I visited the clinic, I was charged 179$ upfront as the consultation fee right when I arrived. I was then made to wait 45 minutes only to BE TOLD LATER THAT DR. NAGRANI IS NOT PRESENT TODAY. 1) I WAS NOT INFORMED TO RESCHEDULE 24 hours as Dr. Nagrani won’t be available. Had I been told, I would have rescheduled and not wasted 2 hours of travel. I had the worst experience ever with Dr. Nilesh Nangrani's office in the U.S. I initially scheduled an appointment with him at the Farmers Branch office on September 9th. Upon arriving, I was informed that Dr. Nangrani was not available and that I needed to visit the Keller branch instead. I scheduled an annual checkup appointment, which I believed was fully covered by my insurance, with only a $1 out-of-pocket expense.
