Be careful. I have used it a few times and lazy time they cancelled my video call with a Dr and would not refund 39.99. Or any part of it. No treatment. Just took my $40. I’m disputing it. Zero customer service.
It’s been a great experience at this place for our teenager’s treatment. The staff is super friendly, the office is always clean, and scheduling appointments is very flexible which is crucial for us with our busy schedule. The location is convenient, parking is easy, and they even have fun little freebies that make each visit enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with a great team!
