Dr. Hjelm was an excellent ENT doctor from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with the outcome of my surgery and grateful for the care I received. His professionalism, skill, and compassionate approach made a stressful experience much easier. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding ENT specialist!

Since I was getting reconstruction on the top-left side of my nose after Mohs skin-cancer surgery a few days ago, I had a LOT of questions. Dr. Hjelm answered them all, and when I came up with even more later that day, he called me personally and nicely handled the rest. Excellent, well-appointed offices and great staff. I worked with Cheryl, who also gets five stars for her savvy assistance getting me prepped!!
