This Dr has been great for my ear infections!
Wonderful, knowledgable, caring doctor. Office sign-in system needs improvement. Not HIPAA Compliant. Everyone can see who was treated the entire day by the sign in sheet. What about the sign in and peel off the name system so others can’t see? In addition. There were two patients at the same time with the same first name. They couldn’t figure out how to call the first name and last initial when calling patients to be seen! Needs improvement.
It was a pleasure to see Dr.Hjelm, very professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his opinion and expertise!
Dr Hjelm and the staff at Advocare did a very professional job on my treatment. He effectively removed a cyst behind my ear, that was bothersome last year, The stitches were done in a way to minimize the visibility of the scar. I found the team to be very helpful with regards to follow up and options. This year Dr Hjelm did surgery to correct my deviated septum.
