Dr. Nikki refused to answer any of my questions for my mom’s cancer and when I demanded she talk to the family members (as cancer effects most families not just the patient) she was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional! I am a cancer researcher and my husband is a NP, after reading my mom’s MRI, she completely gaslit my mom by saying it was no big deal and even mid-diagnosing her. My experience with Dr. Neubauer has been nothing but thorough and professional. She and her staff have provided me with any information I have asked for and been supportive throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Neubauer for your oncology journey.
DO NOT go to Dr. Nikki Neubauer. She has failed to care for my ovarian mass in a timely manner. Her staff is very rude and argumentative. I have never been treated so badly. Even refusing to give me the results of my MRI.
Amazing doctor and staff! Being diagnosed with cancer is such a terrifying experience. Having a kind, compassionate and skilled physician make all the difference in the world! Highly recommend!!
