We love Dr. Tana and his whole team. We’ve been getting my Daughter‘s braces done here. I love that they have multiple locations. Valerie was our initial person who set up everything, she’s great and truly cares about our daughter’s teeth. They even highlighted her on their social media, which is really cute when you’re a teenager getting braces. They’re also always doing fun events and raffles to really keep the patient feeling appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone!
I would not recommend this orthodontist. The office feels very money-driven, with an emphasis on upselling and pushing expensive treatment options rather than genuinely focusing on patient care. The atmosphere is not welcoming, and the staff do not come across as friendly or supportive. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and more like a business transaction than quality orthodontic care.
