I was very dissatisfied with this cardiologist. Found majority of the appointments rushed, no real bedside manner, as a female it’s disappointing. He did diagnose me with my birth defect however I found aftercare after my surgery very poor, him or his receptionist did not reach out to make an appointment, after I was told they would from the hospital undertaking my surgery, very poor. It’s been over a month since my surgery and no communicate with this cardiologist whatsoever.

This practice is in desperate need of a practice manager to manage the clinic as their time keeping skills are appallingly bad. They tell you to come early but are always so much later beyond allocated appointment time even as much as 60 minutes or more
Basically this Clinic has saved my life by diagnosing I had a severe blockage in one of my coronary arteries . I had attended the Emergency Department of GV hospital with chest pain and high blood pressure only to be sent home with a diagnosis of low B12 and low thyroid count . With the pain persisting I saw Dr De Silva who referred me immediately to see Dr Shane in Melbourne where I had a critical stent procedure saving my life . I highly recommend this practice to anyone with cardiac problems
