Very very unprofessional. Almost impossible to get hold off between appointments. I mean you can go weeks with leaving calls and messages and they will not be answered. Rude office manager (probably her husband).
Dr. Sindhu is wonderful, I was her patient for over a year, and I wish I could stay longer. The problem is that her appointment manager is deeply unprofessional and kind of a jerk. It's very difficult to get him on the phone, almost impossible to re-schedule an appointment if you need to, and I once called and left a bunch of messages saying that I needed an emergency Rx refill and he just never called me back.
