The one star is for one (or more) of DCOF's administrative staff members. I've given this place a lot of business. Last January, one of my tooth roots died and got infected (potentially deadly). I called to get an appointment and told them my root was infected (pain and swelling). A staff member told me they had no availability for THREE days...
