We just made a shift to receive care at this dentistry and immediately appreciated Dr. Franklin’s ability to inform us on current dental status and recommended next steps. This is the second dentist we have been to since our children’s birth and I wish we discovered Dr. Franklin and her team sooner. We would have switched years ago! Dr Franklin is so lovely and great with kids. The whole practice is super welcoming, able to adapt to little ones with fun toys to calm and entertain them. Dr Franklin is also very talented at explaining the reason behind each of her recommendations that are backed by scientific research. I’m so happy we found this practice!
Hannah was so sweet with my daughter, who had her first visit today. She made her feel comfortable and safe at the dentist with her bubbly and friendly personality. Dr. Franklin was the same, and I was so impressed with their teamwork! This dentist made me feel at ease, and I appreciate what they do so much. I took my 2 year old to his first dentist appointment today and left feeling so inspired. Every part of the experience felt truly child-centered. Hannah, the dental hygienist, first let my son play while she spoke with me so he could get comfortable in the space. With my son, she talked like Ms. Rachel, showing and allowing him to touch each tool she planned to use.
