Amazing neurologist who helped my father a lot with his Parkinson’s diagnosis. Always available to answer questions and really cared about him
The support staff does not respond for prescription refill requests.
Advised dangerous medical advice on weening off medication because she didn’t agree with my definition of a headache.
I sincerely believe that Dr. Modi did not genuinely care for my father with his condition and diagnosis. Her attention and response times, especially during moderate to severe neurological complications leading up to emergency surgery, was deficient and disappointing. She does not take a pro-active approach with her patients.
I am not one to write reviews, but I wish I had looked at them before choosing this practice, specially Dr Modi as a neurologist. My experience here was so bad if I could give it negative stars, I would. As someone who is experiencing new health concerns, I was referred to this doctor only to be let down the moment I walked in the office. In all my life, the extent of “bad experiences” at doctors and with doctors has been long wait times, cancellations, etc. - “normal” concerns.
