I brought my mom here waited over an hour and then they said that her doctor didn’t put the correct code and couldn’t see her, I came again different appointment and there were no chairs available to sit clearly they over book and dont care about patients time or feelings my mother is 86 years old and should not have to deal with this ridiculous 2 hour wait!!!!!
Referred by Poinciana Medical Center. 13 episodes of Near Syncope in 2 years. Always saw APRN. Finally Advent located a neurologist who was able to diagnose and treat an Autonomic Nervous System disorder. Not sure what this neurologist does.
Worst doctor I NEVER saw. I waited for more than an hour for this doctor and he Never showed up. This "doctor" does not value the patient's time. Clear example of overbooking. Incompetent office personnel. not able to send prescription to pharmacy. It was only when I went in person and informed the P.A., that I was filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Health that my prescription miraculously showed up at a local CVS. INCOMPETENCE written all over. Don't waist your TIME or money. I did file a complaint.
This place is ridiculous! My wife had an appointment via phone for 1:45 pm today 02/22/24. We waited until 2:30 pm when finally someone called. They took my wife's credit card info and proceeded to charge for her visit. It was 3:30 pm and no call. We decided we wasn't waiting any longer and drove to the Dr.s office. We were informed that he was very busy doing needles. Whatever that means. Its now 5:34 pm and we are still in an office waiting!!! Terrible!
