I adore Dr. Neal! She is so gentle and kind. Amazing bedside manner and very knowledgeable.
Very bad experience. I made an appointment one week ago for Mon May 8 at 9:00 AM providing my insurance and all the detailed information, but today the doctor's office called they are not accepting UHC Community Plan Texas Star. It is inconvenience and not fair. I took leave from work for tomorrow, and it might not be possible to find another doctor for tomorrow.
