Anyone who gets referred to this office please look elsewhere for care. I never review places, but after waiting 2 hours to be treated rudely, in a disgusting office that has duck tape on tables, paper is not changed and stuff splattered on the walls and floors, I just walked out of the office. The reception staff here are rude, dismissive, and clearly miserable in their jobs. They can’t even manage to remember or properly book appointments, wasting people's time, lying about it and blaming fellow staff members. No professionalism, no courtesy, just pure incompetence.
When Emily worked here, I never had an issue. The new staff is very rude. They were not able to help me with my issue. Instead I was given attitude. If they had looked up my file when I first called, they should have been able to help me with my issue. As I was speaking to the woman on the phone, she was making comments about me to her coworkers. Just like most reviews I would give this dr. 0 stars as well.. with my first pregnancy my gp sent me to her but i knew in my head I wouldn’t be at any dr. Provided by my gp for long because I was moving to a different city.. the no shoes and no phone rules is quite stupid because you don’t know if there is an emergency that needed to be dealt with… anyways she was very rude when I asked certain questions and kept forcing the flu shot down my throat… after my 3rd appt I saw she wasn’t just rude to me but others I remember her... read more
