I was extremely disappointed by the message I received from Dr. Tfaye regarding my lab results. I am 5’5” and 121 lbs, yet I was told to “continue monitoring your diet with a goal of losing weight” because my LDL cholesterol was only slightly elevated at 101. Advising weight loss without considering a patient’s actual body size, health history, or lifestyle is careless and potentially harmful. Dr. Tfaye (Haun Rd. location) and her assistants are a disaster. Unresponsive beyond the 72 hour wait for "My Chart" messages (responded 10 days later and only because I complained) . Guesses health issues without thorough follow-up procedures unless you press hard and often. Sloppy, lazy , unconcerned and disengaged care. I ran for 4 months after her to obtain the correct paperwork, because she did not understand to fax an order to another provider and instead faxed a useless document.
