Dr. Sonn took the time to really listen to me and find the cause of my extreme pain I was having. She ordered a few tests to determine an extremely rare uterine defect. She took the time to explain all options and gave me time to sit with them all and choose. She did end up switching to the hospital side I believe, but she set me up with her wonderful clinic partner. Dr. Sonn saved my life- she listened when no one else would. I am grateful.
Dr. Sonn implanted an IUD for me and had to try 7 different times to be successful. Worst experience I've ever had and the worst amount of pain I've ever been in. There was no regard for how much pain I was in as a patient. She also dismissed our questions and when we mentioned our concerns that ParaGuard had a lawsuit against their IUD devices. The worse experience of my life. Had a hysterectomy that left me with multiple wounds that I had to go to the wound clinic and was immediately admitted to the hospital for a major surgery. I will never go back to her ever again. I’m still dealing with the results from the 2020 surgery in 2024.
Dr. Nicole Sonn did an amazing job throughout our induction, labor, delivery, and discharge. Things got pretty hectic during delivery and she handled things very professionally and calmly. Highly recommend.
