Very frustrating experience that made me feel gaslit and disrespected. My son has been going to the office for NAET for several months - he's made no progress. This was disappointing because we did NAET with a practitioner when we lived out of state and saw obvious progress. Dr. Rotondi questioned the validity of our previous practitioner, blamed me and said the issue was I had been weighing in too much, and that the only way he'd get better is if "we do things her way only without question". Dr. Nicole, Jenn and the entire staff are wonderful, I had a very bad episode of vertigo for the first time, I called them and explained what was happening, that I had been hospitalized, and they saw me right away, I am back to feeling 100% and will recommend them to everyone I know.
Dr. Rotondi is an exceptional acupuncturist! Her office staff is wonderful and always welcomed with a smile!!
What an amazing experience, not to mention great results. From the warm greeting at the front desk to the expert knowledge of Jenn and Nicole. My hip and back issues are nothing but a bad memory.
