Had a terrible experience with Dr Nicole Palekar!! She billed my insurance with the wrong code and my insurance denied the claim!!! I called her office and explained the situation to the lady on the phone and asked to talk to her but she never came to the phone!!! I asked them to resubmit the claim under a different code such as screening instead of a specific diagnosis, they were rude and intimidating, refused to do it!!
Dr. Palekar is a smart provider. She is able to research and assess my symptoms. She is fast acting in providing in finding a solution to my symptoms,
Terrible Scheduling and Poor Communication I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Nicole Palekar since June 25 for September 30. On August 20, I received a call from the office informing me that Dr. Palekar could no longer see me on September 30 and asked if I could reschedule to August 21 at 3 PM. My wife has seen Dr. Palekar and it has probably been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a physician. Her office does not return phone calls. She doesn’t seem to care much about her patients. My wife has colitis and has gone without medication for months because of the doctors refusal to follow up on anything. My wife is worse now when she start to see Dr. Palekar
