Just went in today first time patient, met Nicole McFarland she was really informative with my healthcare concerns, I love that she gave me details with my visit didn’t feel rushed so polite thank you. Also front desk receptionist Rachel was helpful gave me the forms I need for my lab and will be back soon. Thank you for the pleasant visit.
The receptionist are very rude. They have nasty attitudes. Then have you on hold forever not doing anything. They sit and discuss patients information. I have witnessed it myself. I won’t say everyone is bad in there but there are quite a few. So happy to be relocating to another doctor soon. This places does nothing right. Can never get my medicine refilled on time.
I just called a few minutes ago to get my lab results back I have been waiting for over two weeks now and the damn labcorp hasn’t even sent them yet so one of the nurse advocates said she would try to print them up from labcorp she came back to the phone and told me she was able to print them up and that she would put them on the desk of Nichole McFarland I then asked her again about how much longer I would have to wait she blatantly ignored me and said ohh ok thank you for calling and I’ll have the doctor review them and if... read more
