Dr. Massey-Hastings approach to mental health services is unlike any I have ever experienced. She has a deep understanding of the dynamics of being in a family and of childhood in general. Her approach supports the client and all those that love them.

Wish I could give more stars! Dr. Hastings has been amazing for my son and myself. We started going about a year ago, and the results have been life changing. The office is amazing- the decor and atmosphere makes you instantly relaxed. My son loves going and "playing" with Dr. Nikki. She is kind, patient, and passionate about her work. I highly recommend her and her team to everyone.

I would give zero stars if I could. She led me on to believe she could help me,even when flat out asked. but called back within hours to say she WOULD not help me. She asked very invasive screening questions for someone who never intended on working with me. Save your mental health and avoid her. Absolutely do not see her if you want to be helped

If there was a way to give Dr. Hastings a higher rating than 5 stars, I would do it. My wife and I have been taking my son to see her for almost two years, and she has been instrumental in my boy's ongoing, healthy development. Dr. Hastings has taken the time to understand my wife, myself, and how our own personalities will impact our parenting style and our son long term. She's given us work to do at home, checked in our progress, and been a key part of our family life.

Dr. Hastings is a rare gem in a field that has failed me my entire life. I was past hope I would ever find someone who could help me address what felt to be a myriad of crippling issues that rendered me a semi-functional adult on my best days. She's bent over backwards, stayed late, taken crisis calls, and demonstrated the patience of a saint with the courage of a warrior. Every time she's had to set a boundary or correct my behavior, she somehow manages to do so without triggering shame.

We contacted Dr. Hastings in the beginning of Jan. She promised to make our child a priority and do intense therapy two times a week. We met for one intake and we did not feel comfortable at all. She was condescending, arrogant and acted very erratic that day. We did not feel she was qualified to help our son. All she cared about was money which she mentioned many times and how she was "sacrificing her time to talk to us". I don't think any parent needs to be talked to like this.
