Awful experience. I waited over 6 months to see Dr. Hook, showed up early as instructed, then sat more than an hour in the lobby. She spent less than 3 minutes with me and failed the IUD placement. My second appointment was just to retry, but she was dismissive, barely tried for 20 seconds, and still couldn’t get it. Completely unprofessional. I will never return and strongly caution others.

I know Dr Hook for more than 15 years, she is very professional and amazing!!!
As a cancer survivor when abnormal things occur it causes anxiety and worry. I called and the office immediately scheduled me an appointment. Dr Hook and her team worked to ease my mind and to do whatever tests were necessary to find answers. 10/10 highly recommend!
