I would recommend going to another doctor and facility. This place is managed poorly and the Dr. Klein has no bedside manner. She was very rude to my wife for being 10 minutes late to an appointment, refused to see her, and had no empathy at all. There are too many other options to waste your time with this place.
Dr. Klein did an excellent job fixing our child’s lip via surgery.
I had a sinus infection and was experiencing pressure in my ears. I also started to lose my hearing as a result. I went to Dr. Klein and told her about the infection and my symptoms. She looked in my ears and said nothing was wrong. She gave me a hearing test and acknowledge that I had hearing loss, which I already had one and knew this.
