This practice is an absolute joke. I arrived early for my first initial visit as a new patient and waited 10 minutes politely at the window just to get checked in. I then waited 45 minutes in the waiting room to be put in the room to wait another 15 minutes. After the nurse? came in to get some basic information verbally she proceeded to laugh about how her and the doctor both arrived late. Don't answer there phones when you need to make an appointment. And your appointment is at 3 and then your sitting there for 15 minutes and then another 45 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor and still have to wait longer
