I am very pleased with the care I receive at this office. The staff all work very hard and take their time with your needs. I do not feel that I am just a number at this office like I have often felt at previous family doctor offices. Nicole listens to your problems and orders any testing she feels necessary. Even though they took on another practice the nurse and receptionist are still thorough in their work and providing appropriate care to their patients. So much better than the care I've received at penn highlands.
Been with her since Feb 2025 been canceled 4 times and this last time I got no call nothing. I show up to a note on the door. My health is more important then this.
I have been with her for many years, but lately no one answers calls or even bothers to call back. The staff is either over worked or just doesn't care. I am so disappointed
Dr. Ignatius was a wonderful Dr. Then she took on another Drs practice. I haven’t heard from her in 6 months. I’ve called the office many times to no avail. Nobody calls back. They just ignore you. The nurses line is the same. She canceled 2 appointments & never called for a phone appointment. This is a disgraceful place to call a Drs office
