I am very disappointed in my experience at this clinic. Since my diagnosis, every appointment I have had has involved some kind of mistake, whether it be scheduling errors, missing test results, or miscommunication. Most recently, I arrived for an appointment only to be told I was scheduled for the following day, despite never having booked that time. Everyone at clinic is so friendly and provide a wonderful service. I’ve only done IV therapy here but I like the calm vibe, the great service and the knowledgeable doctors actually listening to know instead of rushing to the next appointment. Can’t wait until my next appointment.
I don’t have enough words to describe the incredible work of Dr Nicole Hartman.
