Added update in the end .I moved to town two years ago and I am glad to have found Dr Darrow. She's very easy to talk to and she doesn't seem to be running out of the room for the next patient. She is very knowledgeable and the staff there is very nice. The wait times aren't too long. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have been seeing Dr.Darrow for over 25 years. She is the only physician I have been to, including specialists, that actually listens to you and will give you a probable diagnosis within 5-10 minutes. Her professionalism, intelligence, and compassion immediately puts you at ease. She will then order blood work/ testing to confirm it and actually review the results with you and send you to a specialist as needed. My entire family sees her and we are so grateful to have her. I went in for a routine physical, the ladies at the front desk were decent but once I was in the doctor wasn’t speaking to me just telling the person I was with about my problems and referring to me as she, not a huge problem. Then, the doctor orders bloodwork, the lady comes in to do my bloodwork with one glove on- no problem- then she disinfects my arm and then after that proceeds to use her non gloved FINGER to try and feel my vein AFTER my arm had already been disinfected. I would give this place no stars if I could. They most definitely always over book; but Dr. Darrow specifically and her "crew" does not show empathy. Darrow refused to sign documents that I needed from her and said she cant stop with other patients, which makes no sense being that I AM A PATIENT AS WELL. Zero stars, do better.
Dr.Nicole Darrow is such caring and compassionate doctor. She is very knowledgeable and always takes time to listen to her patients. She always returns calls and is truly everything you could ever want in a doctor. So happy we found her.
