Super disappointed in the care my mother and I received with Dr. Cohen. Finally switched to a new primary care after years of feeling like our concerns and test results were being brushed off. New primary care found a tumor on my thyroid and a severe hormone imbalance. My mom has since been diagnosed with kidney and heart failure. Hopefully she sees this and reevaluates the care she is providing to her patients. Everyone makes mistakes but this could have killed both of us.
Today I.had a follow up appointment to go over all my tests. Today her staff was efficient and her nurse assistant was very kind and showed empathy. Dr. Cohen was patient and very thorough in the results of my tests and discussed the path to take to improve my health. I will follow up again in the new year and hopefully things will begin to.show improvement. It has been A difficult year for all. Today's visit was A+. Thank you for your care and understanding.
I saw Dr. Cohen for several years while I lived in Savannah, GA. She listened, never rushed me, was very thorough while looking for answers for my health concerns, and I genuinely feel like she cared about my well-being. It is hard to find a doctor that checks all those boxes, and since I've moved, I am really missing this type of care. 100% recommend.
