Can we give 0 stars!!! Front desk (Michelle) is Absolutely Awful. She yells, talks over patients and goes completely off the rails with patients regarding insurance filing. It’s been 2 years since this visit and we are just getting this bill they want paid in full by patient. The office (misspelled last name on bill-claim) apparently it came back “patient not covered”. Michelle yells at patient that he owes the entire amount for the consultation visit as insurance came back saying “patient not covered” and she yells it’s too... read more
The doctor here is great however the staff is awful. Michelle is a terrible person to deal with. She talks over you, doesn't listen to anything you say and is incredibly rude. I will not be going back here unless she no longer works there. I have a ton of health issues. I'm fighting for my life and don't need to be treated poorly or stressed out by someone who knows nothing about my condition. It's unfortunate because I really do like Dr Borst.
Dr Borst has a wonderful staff, and she listens to what I have to say, she is a wonderful doctor
The staff was very friendly. Dr borst was straight to the piont back in 2020-2021 for my husband who was experience RA symptoms, she helped him which he doesn't have RA but a different kind of arthritis that mimics the same syndromes as RA. from that day I felt comfortable that one day ill get to see Dr. Nicole again to treat me.
Made 1st appointment of the day and was still seen far after my appointment. When Dr. Borst did finally come in, her demeanor was as if I was bothering her. She was rude & dismissive. When telling her symptoms I tracked for a while she said “What do you want me to do about it?”. Did I not just wait months to see a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL? For starters, be on time & work on your bedside manner. What a joke of a practice.
