I called two days ago told them my situation, told them I’d be new again. My appointment was today. They ignored my phone calls. I arrived and they tell me they can’t see me because I didn’t deliver last pregnancy with them. The miscommunication is unnecessary. They waited until I show up at the front desk to let me know. Time wasted! 100%
