Excellent surgeon. I had three hernias and he did them all at the same time. The pain was minimal and recovery seemed quick. Even the scars are fading after six weeks.
From the day, I had my surgery 5 1/2 years ago I have done nothing but throw up every day. Gone back to the doctor about all my issues of not being able to swallow. My food gets stuck. I throw it up at night and aspirate and he told me it's nothing to do with anything that he did well let me tell you something I didn't have this before he did the surgery. Dr.Teleo is a competent caring surgeon who I would recommend to anyone without reservation. He performed surgery the first time and was up to date on the latest techniques to make the process more bearable. In addition because of past surgery with another surgeon and incision problems he brought in a plastic surgeon to close the wound properly. Went in for a routine hernia surgery. Just months later the site started giving me pain and seem to bulge outward. Had an ultrasound and Teleo told me it was scare tissue bothering me and it would go away otherwise nothing wrong. Week is later more pain and more bulging. I went to another surgeon at a different hospital and had an MRI. He promptly scheduled me for surgery and had to remove a piece of mesh that Teleo had put in me which also had lead to a bad infection.
