I hate writing these but I really feel it's necessary. Like most people, I've been waiting for an appointment for a period of time (to no fault of the clinic, it's just how these things are) and when it came to my consultation appointment, I felt like I was extremely rushed and the Dr just completely lacked compassion. I get it, you have multiple people to see in a day, but I shouldn't be leaving feeling uncomfortable and unheard.
