Excellent neurologist. I dealt with cubital tunnel syndrome for over a year, and Dr. Bhatia was the only physician I found that approached the issue with expertise and genuine care. He took the time to explain my condition, answered questions without rushing, and created a treatment plan that actually worked. I saw real improvement and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with nerve-relating issues.
Receptionist is incredibly rude and apathetic. I have a STAT EMG referral to Dr Bhatia and I’m getting smirks on the phone trying to schedule a rush appointment. She insists that I have my doctor call to make the rush appointment despite it being stated on the referral sent to her. Also gave me attitude for wanting to schedule it before the MRI. I’m going elsewhere
Being a previous Neuro surgery patient, it becomes difficult in the long run to find a facility and doctor that you can feel comfortable with, Dr. Bhatia was just that for me. His knowledge and experience in Neuro science extended beyond my means and made me feel comfortable enough to be treated by him. The facility is super clean and staff is professional. While it's difficult to get excited about a neurologist because of the nature of the problems and the work, I must say that Dr. Bhatia, is exceptional! He diagnosed a problem far more accurately and quicker than the previous Neurologist I saw as well as providing the appropriate fix.! He helped me with my spinal problems/back aches, trigger finger, and carpal tunnel syndrome and I am truly thankful. I highly recommend him! He is caring, highly knowledgeable, and provide exceptional personal care.
