Their office worker never returned back to me my driver's license and insurance cards. Multiple call asking them to mail them to me went unanswered. Then they lied to me that they mailed it. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Dr. Bhatia showed great care in helping me navigate persistent migraines while transitioning to a new life in the city. He is incredibly attentive and really cares about his patients and their needs. Dr. Bhatia will not just put you on another medication and call it care. He continuously checks in and adjusts treatment as needed. Recommended!
Dr. Bhatia is truly one of the most caring and attentive doctors I’ve ever had. I’ve dealt with multiple conditions that caused a significant amount of pain, and he was able to quickly diagnose and treat them in what honestly felt like record time. Excellent neurologist. I dealt with cubital tunnel syndrome for over a year, and Dr. Bhatia was the only physician I found that approached the issue with expertise and genuine care. He took the time to explain my condition, answered questions without rushing, and created a treatment plan that actually worked. I saw real improvement and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with nerve-relating issues.
Receptionist is incredibly rude and apathetic. I have a STAT EMG referral to Dr Bhatia and I’m getting smirks on the phone trying to schedule a rush appointment. She insists that I have my doctor call to make the rush appointment despite it being stated on the referral sent to her. Also gave me attitude for wanting to schedule it before the MRI. I’m going elsewhere
