Went into the Dublin office and the systems were down,still got seen and asked couple of questions and the Dr says we need to put you on 2 blood thinners with no labs,ekg nothing other than a few questions,this medicine has my BP 145/98,I called and have yet to receive a call back,not sure this is the place for me
Apparently they missed some magical window to send my prescription to the pharmacy and expect me to go SIX MONTHS without my medication. They gave me three refills in only 1 after calling them for two days in a row (I take 3 different ones prescribed by them) there is still THREE MONTHS MISSING!!! And what about the other two?!?? This is unacceptable.
I attempted to schedule a first-time appointment with this office and had a very disappointing experience with the scheduler. She was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. I was told they had not received my referral, which I understand can happen, but when I offered multiple solutions, including sending a copy myself, she dismissed me and said, “to be honest, we are not going to do that,” and added that they do not have access to the portal. New patient to this practice. I found Dr Tehran very warm and he engaged with my husband very well during our new patient appointment . However I find his staff that answers the phones to be very unprofessional and they lack any training on how to answer phones. This has happened several times when I have had to call the office for various reasons .
