Negative experience with Dr Morrow. My orthodontist referred me to Dr. Morrow for all 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted. At the consult, I basically felt like he was trying to convince me to get the surgery, when in my head I already knew I needed it. I was expecting to go over pre-op instructions, and explain my anxiety diagnosis. That was far from what happened, when I mentioned I have major anxiety, he handed me a tissue, seemed mad, and said it’s fine “everyone does” (not true). My dentist referred me to this office for a molar extraction. I am so glad she did! I called with what was close to an emergency. My back molar cracked and a good chunk broke off biting into a popcorn kernel. (I knew better not to eat that stuff”) it was not down to the bone so I was not in crisis yet. The front office staff was so helpful and went back out to her team of dentists and asked who could squeeze me in. 2 days later I had an appointment to extract it. I was so grateful. Dr Morrow and his staff are proffesional,and caring .Had a tooth extraction and implant Dr is very efficient always concerned for your comfort during procedure.Hi assistant Sandy was also excellent,and the other girl who was assisting whose name I didn't get.I would recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery or other procedures.
Dr. Morrow and his staff were extremely kind, caring, helpful, efficient, and professional! They treated my son and had us on our way home in no time. He was anxious prior to the visit, and remembered nothing except how nice everyone was at the office. They are the best!
