Penny from the practice responsible to schedule appointments was rude. I understand Dr Lolatgis is really a busy person and sees only 3 new patients a day. All I was trying to do was to check if there was some flexibility in the booking process, the response and the tone I was spoken to by Penny was unacceptable.
