I am very impressed with the wonderful service Dr. Nick and his lovely staff provided to our child today. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted as cherished guests. At the end, we got a lovely summary in a folio clearly explaining our child’s treatment moving forward. I would not hesitate to recommend this center. Thanks again ☺️
We are happy with the progress our child is making in getting his confident smile, but it really feels like the process is being dragged out to maximize profit. We were told if the braces would be on for 6 to 8 months. The ortho looked shocked at how quickly his teeth were moving into place after just 4 weeks. Now that we are coming up on six months, it seems we are stuck with braces for 8 for no compelling reason. At our 3rd visit, they added elastics and springs to bring the front teeth together. We have only just started ortho work and one of my daughter's spacers fell out. Despite the office being closed, one of the hygienists (Sara) took the time to reach out and get a new spacer installed in while they were closed. They have already gone above and beyond. I already have good feelings heading into treatment for my daughter. Thanks!
