I hurt my foot and wasn’t sure if it was broke or something else and really didn’t want to go to an urgent care so I called Dr Ferro’s office and the receptionist was very kind and helpful and they were able to quickly get me in to be seen. Dr Ferro was very kind and attentive and was able to help diagnose my injury and treatment plan. The office was clean and the energy of the office was calm and soothing. Dr Nick is fantastic!! He took care of my plantar fasciitis. He fitted me with a brace and orthotics. He also gave me many foot exercises to do to take care of my pain. I am pain free! Nick listens and then takes action. I would recommend that anyone with foot pain go to see him at his beautiful new office in Charlestown!
Dr. Ferro is the greatest! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ferro for at least 8 years and have undergone multiple Surgeries. Dr. Ferro is very friendly and compassionate. He takes his time with us, explains what is going on this us, explains options of treatment, and answers all of our questions. We don't feel rushed like we do with other doctors. His office manager, Cindy, is awesome too! She is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferro to anyone who has issues with their feet/ankles!
I would give more stars if I could. I recently had a large heel spur surgically removed from my heel and aside from normal surgery pain, I can feel that once healed, Dr. Ferro has given my life, freedom and ability to move pain free again back to me. Dr. Ferro and Cindy have both been so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways but most importantly patient with me when my anxiety gets the best of me or I have worries and questions.
